Niko Vulaj, Founder and President
With over 50 years of experience in construction and development there is not much Mr. Vulaj has not seen or done. Mr. Vulaj is just one arm of the Vulaj family of construction companies. He and his brothers have been responsible for remodeling or building everything from luxury hotels across the country to domestic violence shelters for those in need. In his spare time Mr. Vulaj enjoys spending time with his grandkids and wife up north or at the lake.
Michael Ziomek, Esq
Michael Ziomek, General Counsel for NV and Sons, is the newest member of the team. He oversees day to day operations in the field as well as providing legal guidance when needed. Michael has known the Vulaj family for 15 years and when he is not working he enjoys spending time with his four children two dogs
Fila Vulaj, Office Manager
Fila, office manager for NV and Sons, is responsible for managing the office and facilitating meetings and maintaining accurate schedules, as well as providing administrative support to the jobsites. When Fila is not working she is with Niko and their five grandkids and five children.
